Twice a Week Help

Hi, I am looking for a babysitter that can come 2 times a week. Monday and Fridays 17-19h for now. (In the future I may need additional help). Also someone that speaks a little bit of English would be ideal as my Italian is not perfect. I am American and my husband is Italian and we have our little boy Renato who is 8 months. He is very energetic and likes contact with people. We also have a cocker spaniel named Zorro.
