**Job/ Area of responsibility** For one or more Customers: - She/He holds responsibility of meeting the projects pre-serial and serial milestones, within the committed time / cost / quality constraints (“Project Management”),
- She/He leads the introduction of new suppliers / design solutions / processes into operations (“Change Management”). A. Draws the master planning of production preparation and launch of new projects; deploys into operative activities at Plant Project Team level, from prototype phase to production hand-over B. Tracks Plant Project Team advancement, monitor parameters, animates internal meetings, follows-up open items C. Sustain the information flow and the interaction between Application Team and Plant Project Team (and suppliers, if necessary) D. Plans, activates, tracks and finalizes Change Management items. E. Regularly reports status to Head of Program Management and Plant Management,



punctually bringing proposals and escalation requests in case of severe conflicts F. Keeps contact / takes part to Meeting with Customer for project and change management related items, representing Production Plant Also completed a profile:
excellent knowledge of English,
good interpersonal skills and adaptability.
