We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sourcing Sustainability Manager to lead our sustainable Sourcing initiatives, ensure compliance with environmental and social standards, and promote responsible Sourcing practices throughout our Organization. **Your Mission**: - Align sourcing strategies with the company's sustainability targets.
- Promote, develop and implement sustainable Sourcing policies, guidelines, and initiatives.
- Secure we'll onboard suppliers based on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria.
- Track, measure, and report on the Sourcing Sustainability performance.
- Prepare periodic updates and reports for internal Sourcing and other stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, trends, emerging technologies, platforms and best practices to ensure compliance and innovation.




- Active Participation in Cross-Functional Meetings. **Your Profile**:
Level of education and languages: - Bachelor's degree
- English fluent
- Optional Language: French, Italian and/or Chinese is an advantage. Required experience and skills: - 5+ years of experience in Sourcing sustainability-related roles.
- Knowledge of sustainability certifications and global supply chain regulations and directives.
- Proficiency in sustainability reporting tools or platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of Ecovadis platform is an advantage. **Contract Type**:
