International Key Account Manager (d/f/m)
As International Key Account Manager at Essity, you drive profitable, sustainable Private Label Tissue growth for European markets, with Lidl as a key customer. You own multi-country P&L;, shape local account strategies, and lead cross-functional collaboration to optimize promotions, assortment, and product development. You will support the IKAM Director in shaping European customer strategy and growth targets, while ensuring supply reliability and strong customer satisfaction. This role offers scope to expand responsibilities within the Private Label division and international key accounts.
- Take full P&L; responsibility for several countries including strategy, promotions, and product development
- Support the IKAM Director in European customer strategy and targets
- Prepare and execute yearly price/condition and assortment overviews for international negotiations
- Monitor capacity with Supply & Demand Planners to ensure supply safety and forecast accuracy




- Deliver promotional and listed article concepts and optimize assortment with Product Management
- Lead selected customer projects and perform category management analyses and market research with Product Management
- Build a strong internal network across Sales, Product Management, and Private Label sites in Europe
- Collaborate with the customer team to drive mutual success
- A university degree and at least 7 years of experience in FMCG Sales/Marketing
- Global perspective with international market and culture understanding
- Customer-centric mindset with focus on exceeding expectations
- Analytical and pragmatic working style; Category Management is a plus
- Exceptional teamwork and ability to build relationships
- Fluency in English and German; additional languages beneficial
