About our client
We are partnering with a global power generation company to appoint a PPA Management Associate to join their commercial contracts team in Milan. This role will support the structuring and management of PPA contracts across the portfolio, offering exposure to a range of markets, technologies, and stakeholders. What the job involves
Support the structuring, negotiation, and management of PPAs and related agreements across global markets
Collaborate with internal teams on contract review, risk evaluation, and transaction structuring




Assist in the development of new commercial solutions and improvement of contract frameworks
Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments impacting the portfolio
Work cross-functionally to support business development and strategic initiatives
Who we are looking for
Background in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field
Experience in contract structuring or management within the power sector
In-depth understanding of energy markets and corporate renewable procurement
Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
