BG SAXO is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with an operational background who can approach challenges with a project-oriented mindset. You will play a key role in optimizing business processes, driving operational efficiencies, and supporting strategic initiatives across different areas of the organization with a specific focus on funding. **Responsibilities**:
Support the execution of key projects by coordinating between different teams, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements and write work instructions and procedures.
Analyze and improve operational workflows, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
Support the operation team in identifying and solving potential issues across the business with a dedicated focus on the funding area.
