**Position Type** Non-Management Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan is currently recruiting an **IT Technical Support Coordinator**to join a team made of modern and authentic hospitality professionals in the newest luxury lifestyle hotel in Milan. Reporting to the Multi-property IT Manager, the IT Technical Support Coordinator provides first line technical support (hardware/software) to our guests and colleagues. It is indeed a challenging experience but surely a rewarding one! **CORE WORK ACTIVITIES**
- Install, configure, manage, maintain, test, evaluate computer needs
- Manage servers OS, hardware/software, user accounts, computers/telephone rooms
- Train/instruct users on how to properly use systems
- Troubleshoot/technical problems related to computer for staff and guests
- Inspect, test, and diagnose computer equipment/systems.
- Plan and coordinate information technology-related equipment installations
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all computer equipment.
- Keep the Property’s systems always updated and aligned with Marriott security requirements
- Ensure backup processes are duly executed and that tapes are properly inventoried, checked and locked in a fireproof safe. **What we’re looking for**: - Proficient working knowledge in English and Italian (both written and spoken)
- Technical school degree and/or passion for the Information technology field
- Understanding of IT Knowledge and computer networks: (e.g. firewalls, networking, routers)
- Team player, highly reliable,
