We are looking for a chef de partie for our kitchen brigade. **Duties**: - Organizing and supervising the preparation of dishes within own area
- Ensuring that ingredients are fresh and suitable for the preparation of dishes
- Checking stock and ordering ingredients needed for own area
- Ensuring cleanliness and order in their area
- Executing preparations **Skills**: - Knowledge and mastery of cleaning, peeling and cutting techniques
- Knowledge of equipment and cooking times
- Teamwork
- Creativity and aesthetic sense
- Organizational and communication skills
