**Work Schedule** Standard (Mon-Fri) **Environmental Conditions** Office **Job Title: CDD Channel Manager, Southern Europe** **Location**: South Europe **Reports To**: Sales Manager **Key Responsibilities**: - ** Develop and Complete Channel Strategies**: Formulate and implement strategies to improve channel partner performance and expand market reach.
- ** Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with distributors and channel partners, ensuring they are well-supported and aligned with our business objectives.
- Coordinate Distributors' activities in sales, marketing, customer services, scientific affairs, and technical support. Maintain direct relationships with key customers in the territory.
- ** Sales Growth**: Drive sales through channel partners by setting targets, monitoring performance, and providing necessary support.
- Produce a detailed business plan aligned with strategic targets for assigned Distributors and territories.
- Review and handle Distributor performance within the territory to meet approved financial goals.
- ** Training and Development**: Conduct training sessions for channel partners to ensure they are knowledgeable about our products and services.
- Coordinate Distributor onboarding and refresher training, ensuring regular updates on marketing and scientific matters to align performance with CDD strategy.
- ** Market Analysis**: Analyze market trends and provide insights to optimize channel strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Develop scientific awareness and knowledge among HCPs and KOLs to support business objectives.
- Increase CDD’s visibility and recognition by prioritizing and attending exhibitions, seminars, and other events, and by implementing direct marketing initiatives alongside other promotional activities as necessary.
- ** Reporting**: Provide regular reports on channel performance, sales metrics, and forecasts to senior management.
- ** Cross-functional Collaboration**:Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product management, to ensure cohesive and effective channel strategies. **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree in biology, life science or a related field. MSc or PhD, or equivalent experience, is a plus.
- At least 5 years of sales experience in IVD and/or medical devices industries as well as some experience in channel management. Full-cycle account management expertise is a plus.
- Good knowledge of the IVD market, healthcare system, national guidelines, reimbursement, and other relevant legislation within the territory.
- Consistent track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth through channel partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and social skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Residence within the territory (Spain or Italy)
- Proficiency in English and at least one local language (Spanish, Italian); knowledge of other languages within the Territory is a plus.
- Valid driving license
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
- Ability to travel as required
