Founded in 2017, OVRSEA is a next-generation freight forwarder that uses technology to simplify and optimize international transport for businesses. We support 700+ companies across 60 countries in their international freight shipments.
In January 2026, OVRSEA merged with the Fatton Lyseo group. This large-scale operation comes amid profound geopolitical, commercial, and technological shifts. Our ambition is clear: to build, through organic and external growth, a unified, agile, and sustainable French leader in logistics, capable of addressing new challenges in logistics control, operational performance, and technological disruption.
This merger brings together, under a single group, cutting-edge tech expertise, well-established historical know-how, and a dense network of locations across strategic geographies - with over 1,000 employees,
61 offices in 14 countries, and 120,000 m² of warehouse space - serving demanding clients in the luxury, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and food industries. Joining our teams means taking part in building an independent, high-performing, and innovative group.
The Italian Team
You will join a fast-growing team based in Milan, where our office opened just two years ago and is now entering a phase of strong acceleration. The team is led by Luigi, our Country Manager, and is structured into two parts: Sales, who drive our growth by selling our services, and Operations, who deliver our services by managing transportation from A to Z.
We operate as one team, Sales and Ops working closely together to grow our client base, open new verticals, and deliver outstanding results. You will play a key role in taking our Italian clients operations to the next level.
