You will translate business needs into clear technical requirements, analyse data and systems,
and help test and improve the solutions that feed AI customer care.ResponsibilitiesRequirements & AnalysisGather and analyse knowledge management and integration requirements across brands and translate business needs into clear technical requirementsAnalyse existing knowledge sources, data flows, systems and processes to identify gaps, issues and opportunities for improvementDefine and maintain the content model in partnership with the Foundation PM, ensuring knowledge is structured effectively for downstream systems and AI-powered customer careMap knowledge sources, data flows and integration points and identify how information should flow between systemsTranslate requirements into user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria, working closely with technical teams and stakeholdersImplementation & TestingSupport the implementation and configuration of knowledge workflows and integrations, including making adjustments where appropriateD
