**JOB TITLE** Within Aircraft Maintenance Services Organization, we are looking for a Maintenance Support Engineer for our main base of Frosinone. **THE ROLE**
- Evaluate and manage Work Orders received from Civil/Military Continuing Airworthiness Management Organizations of the Customers.
- Design, maintain and deploy the required Technical Documentation, based on the applicable Maintenance Data and IT tools in order to satisfy the Customer Work Orders to be executed by _Aircraft Maintenance Operations_.
- Provide technical engineering support to _Aircraft Maintenance Operations _during maintenance execution for both scheduled and unscheduled tasks.
- Act as a Project Manager during helicopter maintenance liaising with _Maintenance Planning, Aircraft Maintenance Operations _and_ Logistic Service Department _to design and deploy the maintenance sequence required to execute the Work Order with the best turnaround time possible considering resources and logistics.
- Liaise with _Aircraft Maintenance Operations _and_ Logistic Service Department _to monitor the progress of activities and enable a timely service delivery.
- Prepare and distribute Reports detailing progress status of the maintenance.
- Generate and distribute the additional instructions (e.g. Engineering Orders, Job Cards) needed to support complex maintenance execution, as per applicable regulations and procedures.




- Act as single interface towards _Product Support Engineering Organization_ when additional maintenance data or clarifications are required from _Design Organisation_. **REQUIREMENTS** **Technical skills**
- First Level Degree in Engineering or similar (First Level Degree can be replaced by at least 3 years experience on aeronautical field)
- Basic knowledge of project planning, monitoring and control
- Basic knowledge of Civil and Military Aviation Regulations & Standards
- Basic knowledge of Technical Publications in Maintenance Organization environment (understanding & use)
- Basic knowledge of Technical Drawing and Wiring Diagram (understanding)
- Basic knowledge of Helicopter Maintenance Program & Configuration Management Type training (theoretical element) on Leonardo Helicopters' products and working experience in Rotorcraft Maintenance Organization environment (Civil & Military) will be considered a plus. **Behavioral skills**
