This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the world of luxury fashion. As a key support for our Retail Merchandising Team, you will contribute to the management of product assortments, market analysis, and collaboration with various teams to optimize performance. Our Retail Merchandising Team plays a crucial role in ensuring our stores are perfectly aligned with customer preferences and brand vision. **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support the Retail Merchandising Team in managing the man shoes category
- Assist in preparing reports, statistics, and analyses on market trends and competitors
- Contribute to the development of sales and purchasing strategies
- Provide support for store inquiries and maintain regular communication with store staff




- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to align in-store displays with merchandising strategies
- Help create presentations and evaluations for internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in the preparation for buying new collections
- Assist with organizing and conducting product training sessions **KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field.
- A strong interest in luxury fashion and an understanding of industry trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); SAP knowledge is a plus
- Excellent English skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
