and geographic scope.Sourcing of experts for current and future projectsUtilizing various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, expert databases,etc.) to find suitable candidates.Negotiation of contracts and agreements with expertsCoordinating communication between experts and project teams for proposal development. xysqume Qualifications and skills:A master’s degree in Business Management, International Relations or any other relevant fields;At least 3 years of experience in recruitment of experts for EU, WB, ADB, EIB funded tenders; negotiation with expert and preparation of CVsFamiliarity with EC framework contractsAbility to identify, evaluate, and engage international expertsExperience using platforms such as LinkedIn, Devex, DevelopmentAid, etc.Ability to work in a fast-paced commercial environment with many deadlinesGreat teamworkingStrong independent drive, goal orientation and an eye for detailA struc
