PositionThe candidate will be responsible for the Go-to-Market Strategy of Fendi collections, designing, coordinating and executing the Global Launch Strategy and 360° Marketing Plan, with the objective to communicate the value of each Fendi collection through an innovative and effective strategy, aligned with brand, product and business priorities.

This role reports into the WW Retail department based in Rome and manages a team of 2 people.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop the go-to-market strategy for every Fendi collections (woman, man, kids, lifestyle accessories) and special projects: design the yearly marketing calendar; identify the key product focus and develop the related 360° Plans (Launch initiatives, Special Capsules, Collabs); coordinate at central level all the Marketing launch plans and calendars for the launches (online and offline) in cooperation with the HQ functions involved (Collection & Retail Merchandising, Communication, Omnichannel,
