Job Location:Legnaro (PD) with flexibility for some remote working
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, analyze, and model passive and active antennas for WiFi, 5G, BLE, and UWB devices across sub‑GHz and mmWave frequencies.
- Develop and optimize control circuitry for beam‑steering antenna systems.
- Perform electromagnetic simulations using industry‑standard tools such as HFSS, CST, FEKO, or equivalent.
- Conduct antenna measurements, validation, and performance evaluation within the final system environment.
- Collaborate with system engineers to define specifications and performance targets for advanced wireless systems.
- Work closely with the production team to optimize manufacturing processes and proactively solve fabrication challenges.
- Take ownership of project timelines, technical deliverables, and execution milestones, ensuring activities are completed on schedule and aligned with product objectives.
- Contribute to continuous innovation, technical improvements, and product performance optimization
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. A PhD is a plus.
- Technical
