**Sustainability Data Analyst** **Grundfos Water Treatment** Grundfos is seeking a skilled and motivated **Sustainability Data Analyst** to join our Industry (IND) Sustainability team. This position plays a key role in supporting our sustainability strategy and integrating data systems for IND Water Treatment (WT), with a strong focus on advancing decarbonization efforts by setting and reporting CO₂ and REEP2 targets for Scope 3 emissions. **Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze and accurately input product-level sales data.
- Connect diverse data points to build scenarios for net zero and decarbonization pathways.
- Develop strategic sustainability roadmaps based on data insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Continuously improve data processes and methodologies. **Success Criteria**
- Enable IND to define consolidated CO₂ and REEP2 targets for 2026 and beyond.
- Drive internal engagement and support for the sustainability impact plan and our decarbonization roadmap in particular.
- Establish transparent tracking systems and effective communication strategies. **Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Environmental Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.




- Approximately 5 years of experience in data analysis and strategic support.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
- Strong understanding of decarbonization principles and water treatment technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to connect detailed data to broader strategic goals.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% internationally. **Competencies**
