- Check-in and check-out operations
- Checking arrivals, departures and accounts
- Selling rooms, restaurants and spa treatments
- Organisational and concierge tasks (ordering extras, flowers, taxis, babysitting, other guest requests)
- Close cooperation and active communication with all departments (kitchen, restaurant and housekeeping) **Skills**: - Organizational

- Broad language skills (German, Italian and English) in writing, reading and speaking

- Familiarity with hotel software ASA, Concierge, Correspondence Manager MIA, Additive, Hotel Kit
- Experience in the hotel and hospitality industry desirable
