How You Will Create An Impact

Be involved in projects for industry leaders and early-stage ventures, driving launch effectiveness and commercial excellence
Conduct advanced analyses (market, competitive, financial) to support data-driven decision-making
Take ownership and lead specific sub-workstreams within client projects delivering strategic insights and actionable recommendations




Present findings and insights confidently to internal (and potentially client) stakeholders
Support the project team to develop strategies, solutions, and actionable recommendations for our clients
Collaborate with international teams across diverse cultural and professional backgrounds

Your profile:

Outstanding academic performance in business management, economics, industrial engineering, or a related field
1–3 years of relevant professional experience in strategy consulting
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights
Fluency in business English and Italian, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, Python) is an advantage
Strong communication and presentation skills
Entrepreneurial mindset, high motivation, and eagerness to grow persona
