Role Description The Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Milan. This role is responsible for managing daily office operations, including scheduling appointments, organizing files, and maintaining records. The Administrative Assistant will handle phone calls and emails, greet visitors, and support executives with travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and document preparation. The role also includes preparing basic reports, processing incoming and outgoing correspondence,



and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow. The successful candidate will contribute to an organized, efficient office environment that supports the company’s seafood distribution activities.
Qualifications
Strong administrative assistance and executive administrative assistance skills to support daily office and leadership needs.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities for handling calls, emails, and interactions with clients and partners.
Solid clerical skills, including filing, data entry, document management, and basic record-keeping.
Proficiency with office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, calendars) and general computer literacy.
Ability to organize tasks, prioritize workload, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail, reliability, and a professional, customer-focused approach.
