- Own and develop relationships with Italian licensed operators
- Manage commercial performance and long-term growth of assigned accounts
- Analyze game performance, player behavior, and market trends in Italy
- Support and optimize game launches, promotions, and portfolio positioning within ADM regulations
- Identify market opportunities and recommend local market strategies to increase penetration
- Act as the key liaison between Italian partners and internal teams (Legal, Compliance, Product, BI)
- Ensure full alignment with Italian regulatory requirements while driving commercial outcomes
- Prepare performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations **Required Experience & Profile**
- 3+ years of experience in iGaming B2B, ideally with exposure to the Italian regulated market
- Strong understanding of ADM regulation and its impact on game content and commercialization
- Proven experience in account management, market management, or commercial strategy
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data
- Ability to combine relationship management with structured, strategic thinking Skills & Tools Core Skills
- Italian market knowledge & local operator landscape
- Performance analysis & data-driven decision making
- Strategic account management & commercial negotiation
- Regulation-aware commercial mindset **Tools & Systems**
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
- BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
- CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Market and competitor research tools
- Collaboration tools (Slack, Jira, Confluence/Notion) Languages Mandatory: - Italian - native
- English - fluent **Nice to Have**
- Experience launching or growing game portfolios in Italy
- Existing relationships with Italian operators
- Experience working with heavily restricted game features and promotions
- Background in market development or commercial analytics
