POP MART is seeking a confident Store Manager to lead the opening of a new store in the City Centre of Milan. You will recruit staff, prepare pre-opening activities, and run daily operations to deliver strong sales and customer experiences.
The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in retail, preferably luxury fashion, with proven leadership, budget awareness, and strong communication in Italian and English. Experience with visual merchandising and events is a plus.
