passionate, value-driven and hard-working person able to work independently, in a dynamic and resourceful way, while supporting the company teams to deliver high quality grant and tender proposals and related documentation, and support in the administrative and financial reporting phases;





team-player with high interpersonal skills, able to maintain a friendly and continuously interactive working environment;

strategic thinker able to set systematic approaches with an “input-output” and problem-solving mindset, develop smart tools and rules and convince everyone to use them;

precise worker able to deal with complex budgets and bureaucracy-driven donors, while keeping a proactive approach;

finisher, able to develop coherent and convincing texts and submit complex proposals.

Role and responsibilities

The successful candidate will…

Act as a technical and operational support in the development and management of tenders and grants, supporting the team in both hands-on and strategic activities;

Support and maintain a company's tenders and grants strategy (by donor and public sector) with the team leader of the Business Unit;

Develop, improve and maintain relevant company tool
