We are seeking a motivated Junior Team Lead to support and oversee projects related to autonomous vehicles (AV) and advanced driver‑assistance systems (ADAS). Primary Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and execution of AV/ADAS testing projects, including timelines, resource allocation, and reporting
- Supervise and guide small field and testing teams, ensuring adherence to safety standards, test protocols, and deadlines
- Use knowledge of the local market, infrastructure, and regulations to support site selection and optimize test operations




- Monitor testing quality and data accuracy, troubleshoot operational issues, and elevate challenges to senior management when needed
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, safety, operations, project management) to align fieldwork with project objectives
- Contribute to training sessions for test operators and field staff, providing feedback to improve performance and safety compliance
- Prepare status updates, safety logs, and project documentation for management and regulatory review

Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, automotive testing, field operations, or team leadership
- Strong understanding of local traffic regulations, safety protocols, and infrastructure relevant to AV/ADAS testing
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage small teams effectively xysqume under tight deadlines
- Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace; familia
