Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project objectives.
Manage the full procurement process for goods and services, from RFQ to contract award.
Analyze technical specifications, drawings, and scope of work.
Identify, evaluate, and develop qualified suppliers and subcontractors.
Negotiate commercial terms, prices, delivery times, and contract conditions.
Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality, cost, and on-time delivery.
Coordinate with Engineering, Project Management, Logistics, and Finance teams.
Manage purchase orders, expediting, documentation, and change orders.
Identify cost‑saving opportunities and support value engineering initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
Minimum 7+ years of experience as Buyer in EPC, Oil & Gas, Energy,



Petrochemical, or Industrial Construction projects.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contracts, and Incoterms.
Experience in strategic sourcing, negotiations, and supplier management.
Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems.
Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a multicultural, fast‑paced environment.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
