Sungrow Renewables Development Italy is seeking a Mergers and Acquisitions Manager to drive country expansion and oversee buy-side M&A; opportunities. You will own economic models, coordinate due diligence, prepare investment memos, and support transaction execution while engaging with global teams.
The role demands 4–5 years in valuation/M&A;, energy sector knowledge, and strong English communication. Italian language skills are a plus; hybrid collaboration with onsite work is expected.
