In this leadership role, you guide a regional team of Field Service Engineers responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of Vertiv and legacy equipment at customer sites. You drive service quality, safety, and satisfaction through people leadership and strategic planning. You will collaborate with Sales, Technical Support, and Logistics to ensure reliable, on-time service delivery. You’ll shape team development, optimize coverage, and pursue continuous improvement to meet customer needs and business goals. - Lead and coach a team of Field Service Engineers across territories
- Ensure timely, high-quality installation, maintenance, and repair services
- Drive performance via KPIs, efficiency metrics, and continuous improvement
- Maintain safety, policy,



and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with Sales, Technical Support, and Logistics for seamless service delivery
- Foster strong customer relationships and act as escalation point
- Identify training needs and develop technical and soft skills
- Manage resource planning, scheduling, and workload balancing
- Formal engineering qualification in a related field
- Proven experience managing field service teams in a technical/engineering environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
