EtruriaLuceGas cerca un/una Addetto/a Customer Care da inserire nell’Ufficio Gestione Clienti a Firenze. Dopo un iniziale periodo di affiancamento, la risorsa opererà progressivamente con autonomia su contatti telefonici ed email con la clientela.
Si richiede diploma o laurea, buona conoscenza di MS Office (Excel/Word), capacità di ascolto e problem solving, buone doti organizzative e lavoro di squadra. Esperienza nel settore energy è titolo preferenziale.
