As Procurement Support Specialist, you help implement market-level sourcing strategies for Nestlé Purina in Italy, collaborating with Local Business Partners and Sourcing teams. You gather and translate business requirements to local teams and ensure alignment with broader category actions. You map P2P channels, assess supplier options, and support budget and price planning processes. You drive supplier development, risk analysis, and cost improvement initiatives while adhering to Nestlé's Supplier Code. This role offers a cross-functional, international context with meaningful impact on production sites and procurement outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Support local implementation of sourcing strategies and new/changed items/services
- Gather and convey local requirements to Local Business Partners, Local Sourcing teams and Above Market Category teams
- Retrieve and analyze data, map P2P and channel workflows, identify improvements
- Interface with local suppliers for development or switching as directed by category/sourcing teams
- Collaborate with HOP and Business partners to integrate sourcing plans into budgets and price planning
- Incorporate innovation, renovation, and post-award cost improvements into site/production processes while ensuring xysqume compliance with the Supplier Code and audit actions
- Provide information and support for Procurement Ensure Supply (PES) and risk analysis materials

Qualifications

- Three years of experience in similar procurement roles
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Proven project leadership experience
- Experience with risk management and responsi
