Kodland is looking for a Customer Retention & Account Manager for the Italian market, fully remote. You will manage a portfolio of existing customers, drive renewals and upsells, and collaborate with Customer Success and Finance to ensure ongoing engagement.
Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory; English B2+ for internal communication; at least 6 months in EdTech/SaaS or related roles; strong CRM skills with HubSpot or Salesforce.
