At Coforge, we are looking for an Android Developer (22795) with the following profile.
Main Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality Android mobile applications using Kotlin.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and deliver new features and enhancements.
Build scalable, maintainable, and high-performing mobile solutions following industry best practices.
Develop and execute automated tests using Espresso and support quality assurance initiatives.
Contribute to CI/CD processes using Buildkite and GitHub Actions.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards.
Work closely with product owners, architects,
QA teams, and stakeholders in Agile environments.
Manage tasks, defects, and project deliverables through JIRA and XRay.
Collaborate within Scrum and Kanban frameworks to deliver projects on schedule.
Support integrations with cloud platforms, data-driven solutions, and emerging AI technologies.
Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives across the team.
Required Qualifications
3 to 5 years of professional experience in Android application development.
Strong hands-on experience with Kotlin and Android Studio.
Experience developing and maintaining native Android applications.
Experience with automated testing frameworks, particularly Espresso.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Buildkite and GitHub Actions.
Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
Experience working with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
