In this Freight Forwarding role at Kuehne+Nagel you help move goods reliably and on time, supporting customer promises. You work with cross-functional teams to coordinate shipments, monitor performance, and resolve deviations to keep operations smooth. - Manage operational activities with reliability and on-time delivery while minimizing overdue tasks
- Follow the defined communication concept with stakeholders for effective updates
- Monitor shipments and deviations,



providing timely visibility across internal systems including financial data
- Review instructions for regulatory, routing, tracking, or rate discrepancies and resolve conflicts
- Report problems or disputes to the direct supervisor promptly
- Collaborate with partners, gateway, warehouse, customs, and external parties as needed
- Monitor carrier performance and escalat when commitments are not met
- Participate in identifying and implementing process improvements
- Assist Sales and Customer Care in account implementation and smooth sales-to-operations transition
- At least one year of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of air logistics and its industry guidelines
- IATA DRG certification is an advantage
- Adaptable and able to work in a dynamic environment
