With 700+ clients, including Uber, Santander, Technogym and BCG, we’re growing fast. Our goals in 2025 are to double our B2B business, expand internationally,



and make our recruitment platform an industry benchmark.

To help us get there, we’re expanding our Sales team and looking for an Account Executive to join us in Madrid/Milan and drive growth in the Italian market.

Your main responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive Nova's business growth in Italy by owning the entire sales process, from prospecting and qualification to closing deals and managing accounts.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries while setting and achieving ambitious sales targets.
- Become a trusted advisor to top employers, helping them win the talent war by hiring top professionals faster and more efficiently than traditional methods.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, turning them into key partners. Work closely with the talent agent team to ensure outstanding service, high ROI, and customer satisfaction.
