IFAD is seeking a Director for the Independent Office of Evaluation (IOE) to provide strategic leadership and oversight of its evaluation function in Rome, Italy. The Director will lead the evaluation of development programmes, drive evidence-based policy recommendations, and ensure accountability to the IFAD Executive Board.
The role requires extensive experience in international development evaluations, strong management skills, and excellent collaboration with governance bodies.
