Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan, part of Marriott International, is recruiting Food Service Experts/Chef de rang to support F&B; service across all outlets. Reporting to the F&B; Outlets Manager, the role covers duties in four outlets with a full-time schedule, starting in August.
