We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Lead specializing in cashmere and fine fibers. The role is crucial in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards from raw fiber to finished goods, and in aligning quality initiatives with our brand strategy. You will lead a team, manage a testing center, and work closely with suppliers and internal teams to enhance quality practices.
Define and implement quality standards across raw fiber, dehaired fiber, yarns, and finished goods.
Establish and manage a testing center, including lab protocols for fiber fineness, length, color consistency, strength, pilling, and dye fastnes
