The Italian sites are currently undergoing a major digital transformation project involving the implementation and optimization of ERP (Dynamics) and MES systems.The group is investing significantly in process standardization and operational excellence across Europe, with Italy playing a key role in this evolution. Offerta The Process Engineer will be responsible for analysing, mapping, and optimizing business (non-manufacturing) processes. The role will work closely with all internal functions and maintain an intensive collaboration with the HQ Process Intelligence Team, contributing to a large-scale transformation of workflows and digital systems.Key objectives include improving process efficiency, supporting the adoption of standard group solutions,
and enabling the organization to successfully embrace change.Key Responsibilities: Process Analysis and Mapping:Conducts thorough analysis of current business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.Designs and develops optimized processes, workflows, and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and user experience.Creates detailed process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflow diagrams.Works with cross-functional teams, including IT staff, business users, and management, to gather requirements, implement changes, and ensure alignment with business goals.Tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of implemented process changes and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.Provides training and support to users on new processes and new practices.Facilitates the adoption of new processes by provid
