This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Customer Success Partner – German Speaking based in Italy.
This is a full-time, remote opportunity for a customer-focused professional to manage and grow a portfolio of B2B customers across Europe.
You will act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner, helping customers realize measurable value from data-driven products and services.
The role combines relationship management, commercial strategy, analytics, and proactive customer engagement.
You will work closely with Sales, Implementation, Operations, Product, Compliance, and Customer Solutions teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Your work will directly influence retention, customer satisfaction, expansion, and long-term account growth.
You’ll manage customer relationships across different tiers and levels of complexity, from strategic enterprise accounts to scalable customer portfolios.

Accountabilities
Serve as the primary point of contact and customer advocate for an assigned portfolio, aligning customer objectives with available products, services, and solutions.
Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor by translating business goals into actionable success plans and measurable outcomes.
Tailor customer engagement according to account segmentation, providing high-touch strategic partnership for enterprise customers and scalable best-practice guidance for mid-tier or volume accounts.
Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and Executive Business Reviews, covering performance, adoption, ROI, customer priorities, and future opportunities.
Represent the Voice of the Customer internally by communicating feedback, escalating critical issues, and partnering with Product, Operations, and Compliance
