team.blue seeks a Business/Technical Analyst, Foundations & Knowledge Management to shape the knowledge foundation and its integrations. You will translate business needs into clear technical requirements, analyze data and systems, and help test and improve the solutions that feed AI customer care.
You will collaborate with cross-brand teams to map knowledge sources, data flows and integration points, and translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
