SERRAVALLE OUTLET is seeking a proactive Client Advisor to deliver premium customer service, develop the client book, and focus on CRM and after‑sales activities. You will support Visual Merchandising, stockroom tasks, and cash desk operations when required while maintaining high standards.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a premium or luxury fashion environment with RTW experience, strong relationship-building skills, excellent communication, and fluent English.
