Sales Development Representative

Corpshore Italia, the Italian subsidiary of Corpshore Solutions, a Toronto-headquartered global BPO and outsourcing group ranked the number 2 BPO in Europe by Outsource Accelerator, is building a dedicated outbound telesales team in Italy.
We are hiring multiple Sales Development Representatives. You will work a curated list of established Italian companies, speaking with founders, executives and senior decision makers on behalf of a high-profile client engagement.
This is qualification and relationship work, not hard selling. You identify interest, qualify fit and hand qualified leads to the commercial team. Full training, scripts and materials are provided.
What you will do
- Outbound calls to pre-mapped Italian companies, roughly 200 dials per day with a power dialer
- Hold structured conversations with senior decision makers in Italian
- Qualify interest against clear criteria and log outcomes with discipline
- Work Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 CET, fully remote from anywhere in Italy
- Report daily to a senior team lead who coaches you to improve every week
What we are looking for
- Native Italian (or C1/C2) speaker, resident and legally able to work in Italy
- 1+ years in outbound B2B calling: telesales, teleselling, inside sales, SDR/BDR or appointment setting
- Comfortable speaking with C-level and senior contacts
- Working English for internal reporting and tools
- Reliable home working setup: quiet space, stable connection, own laptop and headset
- Available full-time and exclusively for the duration of the campaign
