Business Analyst – Banking/Finance Sector
TXT Novigo represents the Fintech branch of the TXT Group. It is specialized in providing IT services for the financial market. We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our software engineering team.
Who are we looking for?
The main responsibility of the role is to facilitate communication between clients and technical teams.
The candidate will be tasked with translating client requests into detailed, actionable technical requirements.
Specifically, the role will involve:
- Collecting development requirements directly from the client
- Drafting clear and well-structured functional analysis documents that will be shared with the assigned development team
- Verifying that development outputs align with the prepared analyses
- Writing User Stories
- Overseeing and actively managing User Acceptance Tests (UATs) and Non-Regression Tests
Understanding the product thoroughly and explaining its functionality,
assisting the sales team in presenting solutions to clients.
What qualifications should you have?
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within consulting firms or medium/large software development companies, preferably operating in the financial and banking market
- Proven experience writing functional analysis documents
- A degree in Economics or Management Engineering
- Excellent communication skills and a natural team working ability
- Curiosity, a proactive attitude toward learning, and strong analytical thinking
- Proficiency in Italian
Preferred (but not mandatory) qualifications include experience in the role of Product Owner and/or specific knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
- Credit Products (Loans, Mortgages, Leasing, Salary-Backed Loans, Factoring, Non-Performing Loans)
- Processes related to Preliminary Investigations, Approvals, and Transparency Compliance, in accordance with Europ
