team.blue is seeking a Business/Technical Analyst, Foundations & Knowledge Management to shape the knowledge foundation and its integrations, translating business needs into clear technical requirements and helping test and improve AI-powered customer care.
You will analyze data, knowledge sources, and data flows across brands, define content models, and map integration points to ensure smooth information flow between systems. This is a hybrid role close to European offices.
