We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Development Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in PV Solar systems to join our team in Milan, with the flexibility of hybrid work. The candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales process by providing technical expertise, and ensuring our clients receive tailored and efficient solar solutions for our industrial customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine the suitability of locations for solar installations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and technical requirements.
- Prepare the proposals, including system sizing, energy yield estimates, and cost-vantaggi analysis.
- Preparation of documentation, including drawings, specifications, and any technical and economical annexes for big tenders.
- Support sales, marketing and business development activities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Energy Engineering.
- 2-3 years of experience in designing and implementing PV solar systems.
- Proficiency in PV design software (e.g., PVsyst, AutoCAD).
- Strong understanding of PV principles, electrical systems, and grid connection.
