Deel is seeking an Infrastructure Tech Lead to join the Infra Core team. You will be the senior technical voice, shaping architecture while doing hands-on work, building control planes, tooling, and infrastructure primitives used by hundreds of Deel engineers daily.
You will drive architectural decisions, guide Kubernetes-based systems, and collaborate with DevOps, DBA, and InfoSec to improve reliability, performance, and security across a global platform.
