We are looking for a Head of Marketing Operations to lead the operational engine behind Atlante’s marketing across Europe and myAtlante. In this role, you will own the tools, processes, CRM, marketing automation, performance marketing setup and tech stack that enable country teams and product stakeholders to plan, launch, optimise and measure campaigns with speed, consistency and discipline.
You lead Atlante’s marketing operations function as a shared capability serving all European markets and myAtlante product team. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you own the operational backbone (CRM, marketing automation, performance marketing, the marketing tech stack and the WATT) and you enable internal clients (Country teams and myAtlante) to plan, launch, optimise and measure their campaigns. You create value by turning capabilities into outcomes for the people who use them. By providing well governed tools, standardised processes and hands on operational support, you let each market and myAtlante run faster and better campaigns at lower cost, with reliable execution quality and consistency across the European footprint.
Build, run and continuously improve Atlante’s shared marketing capabilities: CRM, marketing automation and performance marketing, used by all markets and by myAtlante.
Own t
