Company Description Romegamart is India’s first B2B e-commerce platform dedicated to the RO (Reverse Osmosis) industry, offering a specialized marketplace for water purification products and services. The platform enables businesses to buy and sell in bulk, streamlining procurement and distribution for RO manufacturers, suppliers, and service providers. By focusing exclusively on RO-related solutions, Romegamart supports industry growth and operational efficiency. Volunteers joining Romegamart will contribute to a dynamic environment that connects stakeholders across the RO value chain and helps strengthen the broader clean water ecosystem.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Volunteer role based in Lucknow. The volunteer will support day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including assisting with product listing and updates, coordinating with vendors and buyers, and helping maintain accurate information on the site. Responsibilities may include basic data entry, handling customer queries under supervision, preparing simple reports,
and supporting promotional activities or events related to the RO industry. The volunteer will collaborate with team members across operations, marketing, and support functions and follow established procedures to ensure smooth business workflows. Training and guidance will be provided to help the volunteer learn about B2B e-commerce and RO industry practices.
Qualifications
Ability to perform basic computer tasks, including data entry, web navigation, and working with spreadsheets or documents.
Strong communication skills in English and/or Hindi, with the ability to interact respectfully and clearly with team members, vendors, and customers.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize activities, and meet deadlines under supervision.
Collaborative mindset and willingness to work in a team-oriented environment, accept feedback, and follow standard operating procedures.
