Junior Digital Service Manager - Supply Chain Solutions
In this role you will help clients maximize value from our LEA Reply supply chain platform. You will partner with international clients as a trusted advisor, drive incident coordination and service governance, and translate operational data into actionable improvements. You will lead service review meetings, monitor performance and SLAs, and contribute to service evolution with cross-functional teams. This is a dynamic, ITIL-aligned environment where you shape innovative service solutions and continuous improvement across digital logistics.
- Partner with international clients to maximize platform value and act as trusted advisor
- Drive incident coordination and service governance using Jira Service Management and data insights
- Transform operational data into recommendations to improve service quality, CX, and efficiency
- Lead Service Review meetings and translate metrics into improvement plans
- Monitor service performance, SLA compliance,
and contract health; contribute to strategic service evolution
- Collaborate with consulting, product development and operations to deliver innovative service solutions
- Contribute to continuous improvement, automation and AI-driven service evolution
- Operates in an ITIL-aligned environment emphasizing ownership, structure, and innovation
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset
- Comfort using data and KPIs to drive decisions and support negotiations
- Excellent academic track record in STEM subjects or Management Engineering
- ITIL familiarity or certifications are a plus
- Experience in Supply Chain or Industry 4.0 solutions is a plus
- Working knowledge of Atlassian tools, especially Jira and Confluence
