Your role and responsibilities
The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite
This role is contributing to the Motion Drive Products Business Area in Lombardia, Italy.
- Achieving sales targets and profitable growth for ABB Drives and Motion solutions within the assigned territory.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with OEMs, System Integrators, and key industrial customers across Lombardia.
- Promoting ABB's complete Motion portfolio, including Low Voltage Drives, Motion Control Solutions, PLCs and Electric Motors.
- Identifying new business opportunities and supporting customers in the selection of the most effective automation and motion solutions.
- Building and executing account plans to increase market penetration and expand ABB's installed base.




- Preparing technical and commercial offers in collaboration with internal sales support and proposal teams.
- Communicating with customers regarding delivery schedules, commercial conditions, and contract requirements in line with ABB policies and strategy.
- Supporting marketing initiatives, product launches, customer events, and promotional campaigns to strengthen ABB's market presence.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Managing administrative sales activities, CRM updates, forecasting, cash collection support, and project follow-up when required.

Qualifications for the role
- You have at least 5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or account management within industrial automation.
- Strong knowledge of industrial drive systems and automation technologies, with experience in products such as AC drives, PLCs, motors, and motion control sol
