As Data Center Operations Manager, you lead a 24/7 team responsible for hardware, network diagnostics, and rapid repairs in AWS data centers. You will sponsor projects, craft technical solutions, and drive process improvements while maintaining safety and quality standards. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver mid-size initiatives and write clear policies. This role focuses on scalable, reliable operations at a global cloud provider with a strong safety culture. You help shape a high-performing, inclusive team that can adapt to fast-changing demands.

- Lead and develop a diverse Data Center Technician team and maintain 24/7 operations
- Guide technical professionals in data center operations and on-call rotations; manage escalations
- Review ticket queues for large events and deliver mid-size projects
- Write, approve, and enforce policies and procedures aligning with industry best practices and SLAs
- Maintain on-call schedules and coordinate staffing; conduct performance reviews; participate in hiring processes
- Foster a world-class safety culture and own safety initiatives and projects
- Contribute to site-level project work and documentation; troubleshoot and fix complex DC issues
- Speak, write, and read English fluently
- Direct people management experience with a track record of delivering projects under competing priorities
